Prior to booking an appointment at By Rose, please make yourself familiar with our Studio Policies.



PRICING
All prices listed on this website and social media are to be used as a guide only. Prices vary dependent on hair length, texture, health and service time. A quote can be given to you prior to beginning your service.

BOOKING, CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING
When booking an appointment at By Rose, please be mindful that this time is reserved solely for you as Rose only works with clients one-one. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give more than 24 hours notice.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to re-book an appointment. The deposit will be 50% of the service/s you wish to book in for.

TIME
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive late your appointment may need to be adjusted to suit the remaining time or rescheduled.

ILLNESS
If you are unwell or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you postpone your appointment. If you arrive to the studio unwell, you will be asked to reschedule.

GUESTS
Due to the size of the studio we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone wherever possible. If a guest or child needs to attend your appointment with you, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.


APPOINTMENT CHANGES
If you have changed your mind on the service/s you would like, please contact us immediately to ensure there is adequate time for the new service you have requested.

PAYMENT
Payment is required in full on the day of your service. We securely accept Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and GooglePay. We also accept Cash and Bank Transfer if discussed in advance.

ADJUSTMENTS
In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with your hair or experience, please contact us within 7 days so any necessary adjustments can be made.

If we are notified within 7 days your adjustment will be complimentary, if we are notified after 7 days your adjustment will be charged as a new appointment.

Adjustments do not include change of mind and refunds are not given without every attempt to correctly adjust the hair.

HAIR HEALTH
At By Rose your hair health comes first. If we believe your hair may become compromised from a service you have requested, an alternative approach will be recommended until your hair health has improved. All clients who have or wish to lighten their hair are advised to use a bond builder such as K18 pre and post appointment.

PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS
All clients are advised to use professional products before and after their service that are suited to their hair and colour type/concerns. All clients that are not using professional products are asked to disclose this when booking an appointment as unprofessional products can cause an array of concerns when colouring hair.

HEADLICE
Services can not be performed where head lice or eggs are present.

CONTENT CONSENT
By agreeing to photos and videos being taken during your appointment, you are agreeing to this content being used across this website and our social platforms. If you do not give consent, please let us know prior to photos and videos being taken.
