Prior to booking an appointment at By Rose, please make yourself familiar with our Studio Policies.


PRICING
All prices listed on our website and social media are to be used as a guide only. Pricing varies dependent on hair length, density, texture, health, product usage and service time. A quote can be given to you upon request.

BOOKING, CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 1 day notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment. This fee needs to be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

You will be contacted with the fee amount and payment details.

In the event the stylist cancels your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be offered 10% off your next hair service (not including hair care) as an apology for the inconvenience caused.

LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving late to your appointment may require your service to be adjusted or rescheduled. You will be charged for the full service you booked in for.

ILLNESS
We kindly ask you postpone your appointment if you are unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness. If you arrive to the studio unwell, you will be asked to reschedule.

GUESTS AT APPOINTMENTS
To ensure we can uphold the standard of hair we create and a safe, relaxed environment, we kindly ask no family, friends, children or pets attend your appointment with you - Exception for newborns.


APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Please contact us if you have changed your mind on the services you would like to have done. This is to ensure we have adequate time for the new service you have requested. Notifying us on the day may require your appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled.

PAYMENT
We require your service/s and purchase/s to be paid in full at the time of your appointment. We securely accept Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and GooglePay. We also accept Cash and Bank Transfer if discussed in advance.

ADJUSTMENTS
In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with the service we have provided, please contact us within 7 days by Email to arrange a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments we are notified of after 7 days will be charged as a new service.

Adjustments do not include change of mind.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We encourage clients to shop with discernment as we do not offer returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for change of mind on any of our products.

However, we will offer an exchange, credit or refund to the same value of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • The product you have purchased from us is faulty or damaged.

  • The product you have purchased from us is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.

  • The product you have purchased from us is not fit for the purpose you made known to us prior to the purchase.

    Due to hygiene reasons hair brushes and hair accessories are non-refundable.

    If you need to request a return or refund, please send us an Email with a description of the issue that fits one of the circumstances above, along with proof of purchase and images of the product purchased. You will receive a response within 3 business days with options on how to proceed.

    HAIR HEALTH
    Prioritising and improving your hair health is important to us. If we believe your hair may become compromised from a service you have requested, we will suggest an alternative approach until your hair health has improved. All clients who wish to lighten their hair are advised to use a repairing treatment such as Epres or K18 for at least 6 weeks prior to and post service.

    PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS
    We require all clients who wish to have their hair coloured with us to use professional products at least 6 weeks before and indefinitely after their service.

    HEADLICE
    Services can not be performed where head lice or eggs are present.

    CONTENT CONSENT
    By agreeing to photos and videos being taken during your appointment, you are agreeing to this content being used across this website and our various social platforms. If you do not give consent, please let us know prior to photos and videos being taken.

    CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES

    We reserve the right to adjust our policies, pricing and business practices at any time without prior notice.
