  • Short: To your chin.
    Medium: Chin to shoulders.
    Long: Top of your shoulders to mid shoulder blade.
    Extra Long: Past mid shoulder blade.

  • This is something we personalise to each guest based on their hair goals, hair health and home hair care routine. However, a guide would be as followed:

    Lived-In Services: 12 weeks - 12 months
    Ends Brighten + Gloss: Booked between foiling sessions as needed
    Brunette Services: 8-10 weeks
    Haircut: 6 - 12 weeks

  • We use O&M and Evo to colour and style.

    We use Epres to prioritise your hair health in all colour services.

    We stock O&M, Epres, Evo, Irah Hair, Gracious Minds and Feel & Be for purchase.

  • Make sure you're up to date with our Policies and you’ve asked for a quote if you need one.

    Wash your hair 24 hours before your service. Due to O&M being such a clean and gentle colour range, having a build up of oils or products can affect how your colour processes.

    Write down any questions you have for Rose.

    Have your inspiration photos saved somewhere convenient.

  • - Pre-book your next appointment

    -Use professional products recommended for your hair

    - After colouring, wait 48 hours before washing your hair

    -Between services use Epres or K18 to prioritise and improve your hair health

    -Install a shower filter to avoid hard water build up, or use a product recommended for hard water build up

    -Limit heat on your hair such as heat styling and hot showers. Always use heat + UV protectant when heat styling

    -Use a gentle detangling brush for all brushing

    -Avoid sleeping with wet hair

    -Avoid tying your hair in repetitive/tight hairstyles
